This is how they do me.
"Hey. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I've been super busy with my house. Yeah, I bought a house. The market wasn't really down, I was just wanting to get out of my apartment. I've been in it for almost 2 years now. The house was a great deal and I couldn't pass it up. 1400 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, original hardwoods in the living room and two of the bed rooms. It was built in 1945, a HUD home when I came across it, move it ready, and I only paid 70K for it. It's a cute little house. Just enough for me.

My mortgage is cheaper than my rent was, so I'm very pleased with it. I also qualified for the first time home buyers tax credit, so the following tax season I got 7K back from the government. I used that money to put brand new windows in the house. It still had the original weighted windows in it. Because I updated my windows to more energy effecient ones, I was able to get a 1500 dollar tax credit this year, which helped pay for my new roof.

I am having too much fun with it.

I want to turn around and put it on the market next year so I can move closer to work. That's the only downfall. I'm about 30-45 minutes away from work. With everything I'm doing to it though, I can make bank on it, EASY! I hate to cut this short but I really need to get cleaned up and get something to eat before I get to sleep. I'll try and get you another email out before the end of the week. Hope you're doing well."
And then we meet up at the BWW and she tells me shes going to sell this little thing for $120 k
Yahhhhhhhh.
