Today i made:

Meal 1:
Quinoa salad with chickpeas and brocolli, chicken salad

Meal 2:
Jedra, brocolli and grilled chicken

Meal 3:
Spiral ham, roasted diced butternut squash and sweet potato mash

Good for 5 days. Might saute some spinach with garlic but otherwise dont have to cook again for the rest of my work week 💪

I'm making a guess that its around 2.8~3k calories for all 3 meals combined. assuming you relax on the sauces cause those are calorie dense

Not everybody works Monday to Friday. My weekend is Tuesday and Wednesday

Figured you had a different schedule, but ya never know maybe you like to cook on thursdays.

E/ funnily enough, i just noticed... today... thursday...isnt even your day off so...

You were so focused on that silly comment you didnt address what I thought was more important. You're going to eat those 3 meals over and over for 5 days? Or is that just lunch for 5 days?

Honestly it's more important to be in the 10 to 12 rep range unless you're trying to be a power lifter. Hypertrophy>>>>>

Counting plates is for ego lifters

Ive always equated 10-12 reps as trying to gain mass

Around 5 reps for strength

Then even higher for toning

Watch "The Game Changers" (2018) - a documentary about meat vs. plant-based foods on Netflix. If you don't have Netflix, you can borrow it from your local library. It's a really good, eye-opening film and I learned a lot from it.

Roughly 2.5. 3k daily when I factor in my smoothies and protein shakes

I put this sauce on my chicken. Worth the extra calories in the ingredients aren't too bad other than agave:
