Common misconception from heavy caffeine intake people. The earlier you stop the less you need to stay awake. Drinking caffeine up to and after 5 pm will just train your body to need it. You're far better off drinking twice the caffeine in half the time, like i do.
I generally go to sleep at 11 pm or so and I wake at 4 am each morning like this:
