Stick to Thesnipa's tried and true method for caffeine intake.

1-2 pots, no that's not a fancy word for a cup i mean a pot, of coffee before noon.

no cream, no sugar, no stevia, no honey, black. grounds optional depending on how much the secretary had to drink the night before and how much her hand is shaking.

water from noon to sleepy time. Soda only if you're at a restaurant and you've earned it. order water too and drink a sip of water every once and a while to clear out the sugar/acid a bit.

but noon?
the man sleeps at like 8pm or something?
not saying he doesn't have to. but. noon is a bit early to cut off

Common misconception from heavy caffeine intake people. The earlier you stop the less you need to stay awake. Drinking caffeine up to and after 5 pm will just train your body to need it. You're far better off drinking twice the caffeine in half the time, like i do.

I generally go to sleep at 11 pm or so and I wake at 4 am each morning like this:



that's another key, low sleep. train your body to want 5-6 instead of 7-8.

i personally don't see the world in a Dr. Phil way that you must be "cured" of everything
