Agree with this. Although "appropriately" is personally interpretable. For Hitler the appropriate act was to try to win the world through war, for Ghandi it was to stand in front of a marching tank to get attention to get peace.

Completely agree with this as well. Psychopaths feel no remorse, regret, nor have at least very much of the ability to reflect over emotional tied decisions.

I think it's more about making the right decisions no matter how much manipulation and how many psychopaths are around you. A 15 year old youth can be wiser than a 80 year old. A good example is trump, he doesn't have much wisdom. He may have business smarts, but it takes much more than that to lead a nation.
