It's hard to believe this when you are in a warped state of delusion or paranoia. i can tell myself all i want that someone is not doing something but my mind doesn't believe me. does that make sense? i try not to worry but

I never had panic attacks~ but! I do hate places with a lot of ppl there, examples are school or markets, I am the type of person that likes being with people but to a max of like 10 ppl! and I need to know them already,

also about the mood swing from happy to sad, here is a easy solution, when you are happy you need to convert all that feel into hate and when you are depressed convert all that feel into hate, so you pretty much you are then on even lvl, hard to do but I had to do it back in 2005 or I would not be here anymore

I feel the same way you did back then. i am trying hard to get back into the groove of things. i dont have hate at all though. maybe actually hate for myself if thats what you mean aha

i want to be comfortable in social situations but its hard cuz i havent done it in a very long time on a concurrent basis
