I never had panic attacks~ but! I do hate places with a lot of ppl there, examples are school or markets, I am the type of person that likes being with people but to a max of like 10 ppl! and I need to know them already,
also about the mood swing from happy to sad, here is a easy solution, when you are happy you need to convert all that feel into hate and when you are depressed convert all that feel into hate, so you pretty much you are then on even lvl, hard to do but I had to do it back in 2005 or I would not be here anymore
