Hey man, not sure how old you are or where you're at in life, but I do know how you feel and if you were my family member I would advise you not to go back to a relationship that had previously ended. You're a man, and it comes with its own territory. You can't let these women dictate and dominate your emotions in life, or they will ruin you with that kind of power.
Just go get a gym membership, focus yourself on your work or company or hobby and abstain from women for a little while until you get your edge back in life.
My GF of 3 years accused me of raping/beating her in January of this year because I wouldn't take her back. This is a month after she filed bankruptcy on a personal loan I gave her to fix her car. 10 years ago I'd be pretty damn upset. Today, I'm thankful I can share this moment in my life and move forward without too much
