In our province they have banned cellphones from all elementary and high schools. It's weird as children who love to code and/or use their phones in a productive way may become disadvantaged from the children in other places who have access to phones. Of course, not all children, as phones are a huge distraction. But, some children are innovative with the tech that is within their reach.
