there was a user on PaRD who posted some stuff i cant talk about here. he posted it to show he was telling the truth. but it was also the kind of material you cant post here. he got a 10% and it was maybe 6 months before a mod would remove it
There's a difference between having to wait 6 months before you can request removal, or having your removal denied multiple times before accepted, than having your request pending for a long period of time which isn't supposed to happen.
