Scoring
Win = 1 point | Loss = 0 points

Team Name (Required)

  • Team names may not be changed.

Sponsor Company (Required)
  • Each team must choose at least one main sponsor company (fictional companies are allowed).
  • Multiple sponsor companies are permitted.
  • Changing sponsors is allowed.
  • Having too many sponsors or frequently changing sponsors will negatively affect the sponsor company’s dynasty.

Country & Flag (Required)

  • The country does not have to match the owner’s real nationality.

  • Upon retirement, the player will represent their chosen sponsor company in an honorary role.
  • The retired player’s company must sponsor a successor, who will enter the league under that company’s banner.

Sponsored Successor Choice

Once officially confirmed for participation, a sponsored successor is granted a one-time, irreversible choice:
  • Continue under the existing company banner, retaining the sponsor that backed their predecessor.
  • Launch a new startup by selecting a new company sponsor and competing under a new company identity.

This decision must be made prior to the start of the season and cannot be changed thereafter.

Dynasty Points

+1 Point
  • Sponsored team(s) finish in the top 2.
  • The company remains with the same team for a full season.
  • Sponsored successor retains the company banner.

-3 Points
  • Team drops its sponsor company mid-season.
  • Sponsored successor abandons the company to start a new startup.

better re-work of matchups

Draft Conditions
  • On your turn, you must draft from the game assigned to that pick.
  • You may choose any remaining option from that game’s draft pool.
  • Once an option is drafted, it is removed from the pool.

A / B Designation
  • For each game, every team will draft exactly two options.
  • The first option drafted from a given game is designated as that team’s A pick for that game.
  • The second option drafted from that same game is designated as that team’s B pick.
  • A and B designations are fixed once drafted and may not be changed.

Bracket & Match Rules
  • Each match is played using one drafted option per team from the relevant game.
  • Each team must use both their A and B picks at least once over the course of the event.
  • A team may not use the same pick (A or B) in consecutive matches, regardless of game.
  • Teams choose whether to use their A or B pick only when their match occurs.
  • Opponents lock in their choices before results are revealed.
  • Win = 1 point, Loss = 0 points

Bracket
  • Game 1 — Super Smash Bros — Seed 2 vs Seed 4: (2A/2B) vs (4A/4B) — Winner: ___
  • Game 2 — NHL 99 — Seed 1 vs Seed 2: (1A/1B) vs (2A/2B) — Winner: ___
  • Game 3 — WWF WrestleMania 2000 — Seed 2 vs Seed 3: (2A/2B) vs (3A/3B) — Winner: ___
  • Game 4 — Mario Kart 64 — Seed 1 vs Seed 3: (1A/1B) vs (3A/3B) — Winner: ___
  • Game 5 — Super Smash Bros — Seed 1 vs Seed 3: (1A/1B) vs (3A/3B) — Winner: ___

  • Game 7 — WWF WrestleMania 2000 — Seed 1 vs Seed 4: (1A/1B) vs (4A/4B) — Winner: ___
  • Game 8 — Mario Kart 64 — Seed 2 vs Seed 4: (2A/2B) vs (4A/4B) — Winner: ___

The player with the highest total score at the end of game 8 wins.
Tiebreakers will be decided in Mario Kart 64, with all tied teams free to use any player in their roster in a single tiebreaker race.

Here is a better way I think to handle the A/B desingation.

If a team selects their A pick and their opponent selects B, the opponent receives the advantage (side selection / stage / etc).
If both teams select A, no advantage is awarded randomly.

I also want to tweak retirement.
