Fair enough, I'm guilty of that.

To me vaping is better than smoking, but only because it doesn't stink. I guess it's actually worse for lung health.

vaping helped me quit smoking a few years ago

i was a smoker for about 15 years... tried to quit multiple times but was unsuccessful....

but when i started vaping it was instantly BOOM i didnt need the smoking

so imo
yes Vaping is better than Smoking

I even started working out again and my lungs are way stronger again, almost like before i started smoking
