Haven’t really found anything real great yet but should I need more mf or be killing anyone else?

That's a solid amount. If your clear speed is good, stay at it.
Your areas however suck unless if they're corrupted.
Stick to high level areas.
For a cold sorc, ancient tunnels and mausoleum are probably best since they have no cold res monsters.
If cold immunes are not an issue, add pits to your list
