Hi!

I'm available to mediate the Guild transfer once you find a serious buyer. Once you find a buyer, simply PM me with the details and a link to this topic.

Step 1:
The old owner accepts the new owner into the Guild.

Step 2:
The new owner sends the FG required for the Guild purchase to the Mediator (me) as well as 1000 FG for the Guild transfer and 500 FG for the namechange (if you want a namechange!).

Step 3:
If a guild name change is requested, the new owner needs to send me a PM with the desired new name for the Guild, as well as an alternate choice.

Step 4:
Both users (the old and the new owner) wait until a Jr. Admin has changed the Guild owners.

Step 5:
After the ownership transfer, I'll forward the agreed upon Guild sale price to the old owner, thus completing the Guild mediation.

I'd say youre better off just paying for a guild name change. But that's just my opinion.
