People are innocent until proven guilty. There are many factors which could make her innocent. Until everything is examined you are only dealing with surface level knee jerk reaction.
This could very well be a premeditated first degree murder or complete accident or anything in between.
If she doesn't have priors or history relevant to this case she is 100% entitled bail.
