Unfortunately I've already bought it. I wasn't looking for the best top of the line stuff, but I know what I'm getting is a huge upgrade and that I'll be happy with it.
I'm going from a 2060 6bg to a 5070 12gb
going from a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X to a 7 7700X
16gb ddr4 to 32gb ddr5
It's going to be such an improvement. I'm really excited.
The good thing is though that the CPUs aren't that expensive so that's an easy upgrade in the near future.
oh yeah, also adding a 1TB SSD, away from my 1TB HDD.
I've returned so many cpu's at a change of heart.
I built my fiance's PC with a 7800x3d paired with a 4080. Pretty rad.
I figured the extra 70 bucks for a great boost might not effect your wallet and give you a option of a higher ceiling.
Everything else looks good, M.2's for hard drives are also a nice convenient part instead of 2.5" ssd's.
I returned my 7800x3d on my build to go with the intel i9 13000k.
Not sure why Speccy shows my RAM at 3000mhz, I went into BIOS out of fear and its set to 6k so dunno.
