I use an app called todaii to learn basic japanese
Not consistent with the studies though
Just whenever i feel like it

So i went to the jpn com to see if i could recognize some words

I recommend using romanji asbplayer and yomitan. That’s what a discord has helped me with that helps people with learning. Honestly yomitan is clutch af and asbplayer helps put words on screen for subtitles to highlight and learn. Also romanji is the style keyboard most people in Japan use.
