You've been at the gym four times a week. Keep up the good work. Also share some of your motivation and self discipline.
I don’t go to the gym more than once a week, and usually I just swim nonstop for at least 1 km. A big part of my fit body comes from my job. I work at a warehouse four days a week. It keeps me in very good shape.
Another big factor is what I eat. I stay away from manmade drinks and mainly drink only water. I don’t eat chips or candy bars. I eat homemade oatmeal cookies and leftovers for lunch, and occasionally some trail mixes that I make myself: pistachios, peanuts, almonds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and pumpkin seeds.
