Don't do it. Just enjoy your life and eat what you want. I fasted for 48 hours. It lowered my blood sugar. My cholesterol was excellent. My blood pressure was normal. But I was feeling awful. After the doctor's appointment when he patted me on the back and was highly impressed by my progression. I went to Applebee's and let's just say the all-you-can-eat boneless wings were no match for me. I think I took down about 75 of them!! A new personal record. My previous high was 56.
