2-6
Generally 2-6 ground cloves are suitable to intake per day, it helps kill the intestinal bacteria and prevent you from falling sick

But I like my intestinal bacterium; built a nice gut brain biome

Long story short : if you eat two many cloves it damages your liver.

If you eat 2-6 cloves per day you should be okay

Like clovers in the grass?
I don't know I've eaten more than 2 in my life time.
Probably ate a couple as a kid to see what it tastes like.
Maybe not even a whole one maybe a leaf of one.

Cloves are the dried, unopened flower buds of the evergreen tree Syzygium aromaticum, native to Indonesia. They are a popular spice used in cooking and have various medicinal properties.

Cloves offer a range of potential health benefits, including improved digestion, relief from pain and inflammation, and boosted immunity. They are also rich in antioxidants, which can help protect against cell damage.
Here's a more detailed look at the benefits:

1. Digestive Health:
Cloves can stimulate digestive enzymes, aiding in food breakdown and potentially relieving bloating and gas.
They can also help regulate bowel movements and potentially alleviate diarrhea.

2. Pain Relief:
Eugenol, a compound in cloves, has analgesic properties and can be used to soothe toothaches, headaches, and other types of pain.

3. Boosted Immunity:
Cloves contain compounds that support the immune system and can help the body fight off infections.
Their antiviral and antibacterial properties may contribute to overall immune function.

4. Antioxidant Protection:
Cloves are packed with antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E, and eugenol, which can protect the body from oxidative stress and free radical damage.
This can potentially help lower the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and certain cancers.

5. Other potential benefits:
Diabetes Management: Some research suggests that cloves may help improve insulin function and lower blood glucose levels, potentially aiding in diabetes management.
Bone Health: Cloves are rich in manganese, a mineral important for bone formation and strength.
Respiratory Health: Cloves may help reduce congestion and ease breathing by loosening mucus.
Skin Health: Some suggest cloves can help promote a radiant complexion and reduce acne.
