When the aid don't go to creating abundance through food forestry, with simple demand of Documentation of where the money/resources/work labour is going and how it is spent - I call corruption. This is the number1 thing to create abundance, & regreen the deserts, rehabilitate and create large wild life habitats, allow so much food to grow we can end the over fishing and let the oceans recover too. And all these migration streams from 'poor" parts of the world naturally reduce, if not come to a almost complete halt. Look how fast it is growing in these places with a lot of sun if planted right.
