They present themselves as individualists, but that is just to scope the terrain, to see what other people are like. To find out who is an egomaniac, i.e. who they should oppress against.

The formula of king's water, the only solution to melt gold, is connected with Aquarius. They are the sign of acid and such solubles. The urn the person is holding in the sign, is said to hold ether, not just water, as in knowledge. And sometimes, a little bit of acid can be a good thing, as in nature, evolvement happens when x-rays mutate cells - and that is also connected with Aquarius. A little bit of it, is necessary. Just one drop can be enough. But Aquarius needs to learn to control their emotions like any other, or they go wild with it, flinging acid everywhere, causing a lot of havoc and pain. I've met such Aquarians before, me being a Taurus, they naturally oppose against me - a girl hanging out with a companion of mine when i was 18 sort of style. She quickly placed me for hate for some reason, lol i just couldn't believe why she hated me that much so quickly. I didn't even do anything, just acted normally. I think that is what make Aquarius angry more than anything, someone that appears too nice, as if they can't stand someone just being nice and happy for no reason - as if they're hiding something, and they want to know what. Also, someone being conceited, even slightly, they can't stand - and Earth energy definitely is that. I live for people's rights to keep things secret if they choose to. Because that is the mentally healthy thing to do. Natural progression. And the entire method of the western justice system is exactly that of acid: Break people open no matter the price. True insanity. It's the eternal fight between acid and stone, Air and Earth. It really pisses them off when someone holds something back and is subtle - but it also pisses Earth off when Air signs try to pry and look past. It's what i hate the most. Just leave well alone and let things progress naturally. They don't like that. They must know NOW. They are also experts at manipulation - to label someone as evil when they really are not. Masters of manipulation. Character assasination. Which is very hard to prove in court, but doesn't take much common sense to see through. Which is why it is important to stay calm and not react to it - stay neutral. Let them trip themselves up.

So that is the best defense, like Lemmy (capricorn, earth) said; "Be like a rock in the stream, it all eventually washes down." Same with air, just let the wind blow for a while and it will die down.

Water can give Air emotion, like dry air getting moisture and creating rain. They can take emotions and turn them into rational theories, wording things the right way. It can be exactly what they need, but it can also make the water sign dry up, i.e. the use their emotions but get little back. Like a black hole, just sucking it up without reason. It can help water signs gain logical insight though, which air signs has. And if the water is pure, i.e. if water signs stay honest, they will not get electrocuted, as in electricity is insulated by pure water. Only when water has mineral traces in it, can electricity move through it. So that's an interesting insight to earth, water and air.

Fire is the sign that can neutralize air. It can put it in it's place, and use it to ignite it's own fire. As in, air signs throws out wild accusations and theories, and fire signs gets super pissed off because of their malapropisms and indirectness, and can through that start synthesising true theories. Just like air is needed to create very hot fires to synthesize objects in real life. So that dynamic kind of interesting.

He did work very hard .. but was hard to talk to, and he was a bully. Lol, i will never forget one incident ... we were going to tile a balcony floor. I've done that hundreds of times.. it's very important that the foundation of the floor is cast/molded correctly (flat), otherwise it becomes a pain in that you have to build it with fresh tile glue while laying the tiles, and that can turn into a disaster, tiles sinking into the glue, sliding out of place, and the floor becomes uneven. And that's exactly what happened ^^ I didn't dare to say anything ... i came into the company with him being the boss's only other employee, but closely connected to him, so i kept my mouth shut and just did what i was told. We started out, marking the floor, and i started in one end and he in the other. As we converged, we noticed that his tiles were 5-10 mm higher up than mine, he had built with glue on his end due to the uneven floor casting. So, first he started picking up my tiles, extremely pissed off, to notice ... and build them up. Then we worked our way backwards to the balcony door. But this process took 6-7 hours .. should have been a 1-2 hour job. He walked into the glue with his shoes, they became completely sauced with glue ^^ And as he didn't want to walk round in them, he took them off, and walked into the glue with his socks xD And they became completely sauced too ^^ He said angrily "I'M NOT TAKING OFF MY SOCKS, THERE MUST BE A LIMIT!!!" ..... lol, i thought to myself, "my limit was reached 4 hours ago" xD It was absolutely crazy. We finished about 8 in the evening .... i was shocked and slightly traumatized ^^ At this point, i was frustrated, having worked with him for 2-3 months, and i asked for a meeting with my boss the following week ... I got blamed for the job too, that pos boss... i said he's very hard to work with ^^ my boss, obviously taking his side over mine, basically said you have to work with him, and that's that...

And again, a week later, we were going to grout the floor ... i was dreading the day. Both days were fridays, too, so both my weekends were ruined. The tiles had tiny indentations in them. I hadn't actually encountered tiles like that before, so i was uncertain. I asked him once, "should we put grout in those, or be careful not to, and only grout the grooves (between the tiles)?" He didn't answer, was just as grumpy as ever ^^ lol.. probably thought i was stupid to ask. So, i made grout and started in my corner, smearing grout on the edge on my grouting board, and only grouting the grooves. It takes 20% longer than regular, which is to pour grout on the floor and swipe it in a diagnoal pattern, but i went with my instinct. So after 5-10 minutes, he was like "it's important to be fast!" and poured half the bucket out and just swiped it all over the floor, including the indentations ^^ I just followed him at this point.

So 1 hour later, it started to dry out. And then he started wondering himself, if the indentations was actually supposed to have grout in them. So he called our boss, and got the answer that they were NOT supposed to have grout in them ^^ So, he desperately started washing out the holes, along with standard routine of washing the floor. Of course i helped out. The deal is, most tiles have surface protection, or is burned in such a way that the surface does not absorb water. But the sides, in the grooves, does - and as i suspected, the tile inside the indentations also absorbed the water faster .... so they started to dry quickly, almost impossible to rub out xD The washing boards (with sponges) was crushed/destroyed in 15 minutes ^^ And we asked the owner for paper, completely unprofessional xD He had a paper towel roll, and once again, it took us 6-7 hours to do a simple 2 hour job. Absolutely ridiculous. My first boss that i worked for 3-4 years, was also crazy (a Leo), but at least he never made mistakes like that. After this, i just told my boss i can't work with him any longer, and thus i will hand in my resignation.

But having said that, he did also do good work. He was just an individualist, had to work alone. And he wasn't an asshole -all- of the time .. only 90% of the time ^^

He didn't say stuff like that often but it was his general attitude..

I've been thinking about it lately. If the amount of times in my life i had heard shit like that, and i hadn't been a nice guy, people would have been laid out by headbutting all over the place lol ... my dark evil taurus sun and scorpio moon side would come out .. it would not be pretty. I decided to play nice. I don't want to end up in jail. Thanks to the solar system.
