Moments ago am estate agent emailed me saying that there's a PRICE REDUCTION on a property..

I opened the email, this is an auction property.

This is a guide price..

This price reduction will attract bidders.

Becoming aware of these logical fallacies was a huge insight for me.

i say your comment is spot on. i was hoping to use this thread and revisit logical fallacies. i used to have a link to a really good channel but so far i cant find it :(

Was in my district. Covered the big easy ones at least.
