I'm around 230. Realistically you're supposed to stay around 10% body weight with blankets as a rule of thumb. But sometimes it's nice if you get overstimulated easily. And I do thanks to my splash of the tism.

But the right weighted blanket is amazing when you find one. It's like sleeping in a hug.

so honestly i would reccommend one about 15 pounds. it would be good for naps. also most wrighted blankets are glass bead so they dont get super hot. i have high thread bamboo sheets and an adjustable cooling mattress. your sleep space should be a sanctuary.

No, I have 3 total weighted blankets. 25 pounds apiece. They don't make a 23 lbs one unless you custom order and that gets really pricy. Normally I use one. But if it's been a bad day I use 2 or 3.

I thought the same thing when I got my first one! Haha.

But they are all queen bed sized. So all the weight isn't directly on you, maybe 1/3 to 1/2. The rest just rests on the bed around you like a normal blanket.
