I kinda figured the same thing. No idea why someone would want to or need to train their neck, unless you're head is like stewie Griffin or hey arnold.

Unless you are a boxer, you don’t want to train any of those muscle. By his appearance, I suggest he stop immediately

the neck is trained isometrically via proper weightlifting form & mobility in a variety of lifts, the largest being deadlifts for the trap-neck fibers and things like overhead press and incline bench press for the pec-neck and delt-neck fibers

We have different muscles. For example in our foot, small muscles to hold balance.
Or biceps, to lift rocks.
And than we have those small muscles which this guy trains. Those hold the head.

For example, you stumble over a curb. The very first reaction our body does is, neck in extension. ( those muscles are active here )

This is what those muscle are for.

Not to mention how bad this is for cervical spine looool

I've been doing do-it-yourself osteopathy & physio chiro stuff for the past few months and holy sh*t. I've almost fixed my body 100% now by targetting the bad spots with foam roller & fingers, combined with moving the joints and dead hangs, stretching. It really works
