Ever done fasting guys?
I've been eating constantly for years, I want a fresh start. It's Saturday now. I last ate on Thursday night. Had no water or food or anything until mid day today, then I had some water and black coffee to try to flush things through. I'll probably resume as normal tomorrow if I feel like I've flushed all the mess out.
Fasting is a great long term strategy to take control of your hunger and metabolism
I don't recommend extreme fasts, a simple 16:8 fast is great. Starting eating at 12 noon, have your last meal at 8 PM. Coffee in the morning is okay, black if you like it but a bit of cream and sugar isn't a big deal
