Autophagy isn't proven with data in humans, but long covid reduction and gastro problems reduction by fasting is shown in data.

So.. however it works is irrelevant to me; as long as it works.

The lack of nutrition can trigger things within your bodys organs causing positive and negative effects but I don't like the risk vs cleansing with fibre and maintaining proper hydration as a lifestyle.

I personally think that fasting is something poor people came up with to justify their lack of access to food.

Fasting is a great long term strategy to take control of your hunger and metabolism

I don't recommend extreme fasts, a simple 16:8 fast is great. Starting eating at 12 noon, have your last meal at 8 PM. Coffee in the morning is okay, black if you like it but a bit of cream and sugar isn't a big deal

Considering that the people who have limitless access to food stand the most to benefit from fasting, this is silly. If you're poor fasting is just normal and doesn't need a word to describe it

As I'm 100% sure you already know because your the man and a legend. The body builds a tolerance to the vodka like anything else and that's why it's like this for people.. I drink beers to every day. Liquor wether vodka whiskey or tequila is another animal that I reserve for social engagements. People who do this type everyday aren't your beer going type folk they would rather the liquor as beer tires em out because body isn't tolerenced up. If that makes any sense.
