I shower once a week and don’t use deodorant. If you take care of yourself and do aqua aerobics it’s overrated tbh.

I used to work medical field and female doctors/nurses would straight admit they haven’t showered in a week or washed their hair despite working all week long with covid / cdiff / flu / MRSA patients

daily, sometimes twice a day.

But always before bed, I like to keep my bed clean.
Change/wash the sheets every week.
