Pretty sure I have a slight tear in my rotator cuff. Can’t sleep on my arm anymore (been like that for 1 year) and a lot of agitation when I lift. Been this way for well over a year and it’s preventing progression in my shoulder and now beginning to impact chest exercises. Really disappointing as I’ve been getting pretty big.
WebMD confirms and that I’ll be out for 6 months. I’ll wait until June to get this checked out officially tho.
