Not sure what it is exactly but i feel a really deep tiredness in my chest even after my coffee... not the same as feeling sleepy like eyes shutting

Are you just bored? I think that's the majority of people's problems, they're bored.

I guess there is nothing wrong with stopping honestly.
More of a concept of having it.
Substitutes would most likely be in place of that many of times when you don't even notice.
Question that would be curious about is how much / often you have coffee?

had an early start today

without the aroma of chocolate and toffee of my hot coffee filling the household, i would have remained deep in slumber

without the rush of caffeine, my senses would be dulled. like a life in black and white

without it i would lose my job, my livelihood. it keeps me company on my morning commute, it comforts me when im frightened, lost and alone

my coffee is my best friend. without it i am nothing

I quit in November after getting covid. My taste buds completely changed and I just stopped after drinking 6 cups a day for 15 years. Now I get drunk a lot though so that's probably bad

Origins:
The Seventh-day Coffee Enthusiasts emerged from an impassioned love for coffee and an unwavering commitment to observing the sacred seventh day (Saturday) as an essential aspect of their identity.

Founders:
The group was founded by fervent individuals within the coffee community who regarded coffee as a divine elixir and sought to establish a fellowship that exalted its virtues while lamenting the weakness of non-coffee drinkers.

Beliefs and Practices:
Sabbath Dedication: Members of the Seventh-day Coffee Enthusiasts sanctify the seventh day with fervent devotion, integrating the ritual of coffee consumption into their Sabbath observance.
Coffee Adoration: The group reveres coffee as the supreme beverage, celebrating its rich aromas and invigorating flavors above all other earthly pleasures.
Rituals and Traditions: Coffee-centric rituals and ceremonies are integral to the group's practices, elevating each sip to a sacred act of devotion.
Coffee Purity: Members adhere steadfastly to strict standards of coffee purity, rejecting inferior beans and adulterating agents as sacrilegious affronts to the divine brew.
Community Engagement: The enthusiasts zealously promote their caffeinated gospel, seeking to convert the uninitiated masses to the path of coffee enlightenment while harboring disdain for the abstainers.
Organization: The Seventh-day Coffee Enthusiasts organize themselves through exclusive gatherings, united in their passion for coffee and disdain for those who do not share their fervor. Online forums and social media platforms serve as arenas for their caffeinated crusades.

Global Presence:Though their numbers may be fewer than the uninitiated masses, the Seventh-day Coffee Enthusiasts command a devoted following across the globe, bound together by their shared enthusiasm for coffee and contempt for the teetotalers.

Distinctive Practices:
Sabbath Coffee Rituals: Members engage in elaborate coffee ceremonies on the Sabbath, elevating each sip to a divine communion while castigating those who reject its caffeinated embrace as deluded heretics.
Advocacy for Coffee Supremacy: The group tirelessly champions the superiority of coffee culture, decrying the misguided souls who spurn its caffeinated embrace and proclaiming the righteousness of their cause with unwavering enthusiasm.

Overall, the Seventh-day Coffee Enthusiasts stand as ardent proponents of coffee supremacy, unwavering in their devotion to the sacred bean and dismissive of those who dare resist its aromatic allure.
