I feel like I could've hit 250,000 posts if I didn't miss a day. I was literally away from D2jsp for three years!
If I had posted every day since I first joined in October 2009 I'd have 250K. If I joined sooner who knows.

In fact, I first heard about D2jsp years earlier than 2009 playing Diablo 2. But I didn't join until 2009 though.
I only joined Twitter in 2018, for example, and I already have 87,000 tweets. I still use that quite regularly.

Whatever you get some joy and smiles from I'd say to keep doing it. If it becomes stressful or feels like a job then take a break.

When it's all over and life is all but a memory I just want to know that I found something I felt happy with. D2jsp may be that happiness.
