I think what people dislike about transgender people (besides bigoted people that hate them by default) is that they make it their personality or expect special treatment.

If that was a picture of a random fuckboy posing like that, everybody would make fun of him because it's a slightly cringy picture. Because it's a transgender person, you're socially not allowed to say anything negative about it without being labeled a transphobe.
