Before I started losing a lot of weight. 32 pounds lost since my birthday on August 15.
I no longer eat carelessly anymore. Some days I try to only drink water. 24-hour fasting.
The main reason for my weight loss success has been primarily from Intermittent fasting.

But I once could've easily finished a pizza like that in record time. I would've challenged Katina.
In fact I used to destroy local eating competitions. Many victories and Top 3 finishes. I was Ryan the Rhino. <3

E does the water seem to help your body? I routinely go sixteen+ hours without eating so I feel like I could easily swing those days of just water
