No but my outdoor bonsai (i collected from the goverment trash 4months ago) suffered a heat stoke, and is only 10%alive

My banana plant last leave grows 5cm everyday more then the leave before that, can not close the curtains anymore, and its blocking the walking area

182 cm height it is, the biggest leave

28 May, i took picture, not even have leave
till 2 July, today

thats a avarage of 5.2cm everday

Banana is fine but it doesn't have enough vitamin C. When I make a smoothie I always have to throw in an orange in addition.

best smoothie is some yougourt, orange juice, strawberries, half nanner

That would indeed taste good, however I was told that if your smoothie is actively sweet, it's not that good for you.

I like to throw in some vegetables. Bitter melon is my number one choice. The bitter taste is balanced by the sweetness of banana.
