Wasn't undercooked. The liquid on the plate is the sauce. If it looks wet, I put a little of chicken broth at the bottom of the 8x8 pyrex just enough to fill the bottom. That, with the other seasonings I pour on top. 400F for an hour, noway undercooked. Also, the photo has a filter on it. If you are referring to the lower hue. I can take critic on the image, but I do serve my food properly.
