even if the earth could be observed to have 100% flat waters you can't say that there isn't some other effect at play to make them appear flat. some effect outside of the flat earth and round earth models. but you're 100% sure the earth is flat, even though there are endless possibilities to explain how the flat earther observations could be legitimate on a round earth with a new explanation of the laws of physics.
that's what i'm saying, there could easily be a grey area between the two models, i accept that 100%, you don't. you're convinced the earth is flat, because you have to be. on the same token i find it plausible that the earth is flat and what i perceive as round observation could be mistakes. you can't acknowledge this, because it goes against your debate. your contention always has been that observations on the earth are fake, only your side is observing correctly, and that proves the earth is flat.
