The problem you have is at LEAST half the population has the math knowledge necessary to calculate the shape and size of the Earth within 1% of it's actual size and shape all by themselves without any help from anyone. 99% of the remaining 50% of the population believes the first 50% of the population leaving less than half of a percentage of the population who thinks the Earth is flat.
