All u need to disprove flat earth is airplane flight times.

Lemme roleplay as Tistuff for a second.

i would have to calculate flight times for a flat earth model and round earth model taking by faith one of the models is correct and factoring in wind speeds which i cant measure so i would need an outside source for that and that would also be faith based.

is there any simple round earth arguments simply based on observation? the hard truth though is all of it has some element of faith. (faith is just another word for trust)

watch the netflix doc, they tried an easily observable experiment with a flashlight, it proved the earth was round. u can replicate it for basically zero $.

basic arguments for round/globe earth are easy to make. you all really surprise me.
maybe because i spent some time studying the "flat earth"?

cant find a youtube link (netflix prob has them all removed), but the experiment basically went like this:

2 platforms on water (water is level, so on a flat earth that "level" should be PERFECTLY straight, on a round earth it's a curved line).

on one platform they had a wall with a hole cut in it and a camera behind the hole

one the other platform a person was standing with a spotlight that shoots dead straight

the person held the spotlight perfectly level, and guess what? they couldnt see it (earth =/= flat), so they asked him to raise the light above his head, he did, boom light appears (earth = round)

i have seen that it was funny
takes faith to believe they had it all set up properly

No it takes 10 seconds and a tape measure. this was a simple setup.

observation isn't faith based ? then I observed that the earth is round when looking at flight times. magic
