Besides, a raindrop acts as a prism combined with a mirror, so your challenge is nonsense. Might as well ask people to create a rainbow without using any light.
And if the skydome was indeed a prism, it wouldn't be able to make any rainbows anyway. All the light would shine outwards into space (or whatever is beyond the dome). And even if did somehow magically see it, we would be seeing rainbows all the time, not just when it rains. The entire sky would be one giant perpetual rainbow.
The Dome is not a prism, it is like a mirror.
And the challenge was to just use light and some water drop to create a rainbow indoors - using just a prism is shifting the goalpost and is an instant fail.
