Needed to cook for my sick mom for years.
and after age 23, when she died, i lived on fast food and snackbar shits for a decade, went 67kg and 1.92meter underweight

Then i went to live near family, and embraced minimalism, witch triggered me to make great food.
The simple goal, to cook good ones per week for myself, and never buy pre-cut veggi, i set 1.5years ago, still do wonders!
Cook for family ones per week and cook for myself ones per week, and eat at family ones(twice) per week.
