Have you used a motorized tracking system with actual photography gear at all? If so send me a PM of the gear. I've been interested in this for a while but with my current gear I can only take photos of star fields and such and not actual planets since I can't track them long enough to be of any use.

I've never used a motorized tracking system, I want one.
I taught myself how to track planets manually, it's really hard. You have to get a hang of it, I tried and failed so many times, I finally figured out where to place the planet in my eyepiece so that it drifts through my view when I have a USB camera set up recording a video.
From that video I'm able to get a still image of the planet.
