If the Earth is a giant ball of magma with a thin crust - how can there be magnetic poles if magma losses all ability to hold magnetic charge?

The magnetic field has nothing to do with the mantle, the mantle is not made of rubber and it is not magma either. Its made from a slosh of many kinds of minerals. A strong magnetic feild has no prob penetrating and flowing through it.

The field is generated by the inner and outer core motions. This effect can be reproduced on a small scale.

And can be proven in the field with a magetized needle some water and a leaf.

Swear I've seen that leaf needle thing before somewhere

He gave you an answer , it was that the question was irrelevant to the topic. How do explain the magnetic field without blaming it on a top secret alien / government conspiracy centred at the North Pole.

What do you think magma is?

And no, I didn't learn science from tv
I did graduate high school.

it suppose to be like 4000- 6000 k celsius degrees so i think that hot enough to melt everything

reproduce it with a outer core of 6000 degrees C please, wtf you think the earth core is a leaf?

and where the f u get rubber from.

magma mean molten which it like a liquid/solid

Clearly you have no understanding of electromagnetism and its properties.

Do you know what an electron is?

Do you know what a proton is?

Do you know what a photon is?

Do you kow what an insulator is?

Chemically magma is made of the elements silicon, oxygen, aluminum, iron, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and titanium (plus other elements in very small concentrations

Nice try, i guess your trying to distract away from the fact you claimed magma was rubber and the earths core was like a leaf.
