I can honestly say I've never tried spam but I'm not against it. Ive seen it cut kinda thin and fried and it kinda just looks like some pork roll

More or less, I'm sure it's heavily processed etc but I worked at a Hawaiian restaurant that served it on spam musubi

We don't keep it in the house or anything but I've had it growing up

my grandpa used to talk shit about it when i was growing up so i always looked at it as something gross. ive seen some cool uses of it on youtube that look very good and also in some countries they have tons of flavors.

I guess I would argue it's kinda like the inside of a hot dog but in a loaf form?
Which doesn't make it appealing necessarily but it's kind of just a fact of it.

Yeah just like a skinless hot dog really, they have different flavorings and it tastes more like ham in its traditional form
