Tenant just peaced. Left everything. I got 4 YETI thermoses, the espresso machine for the office, they left their ninja double compartment air-fryer, all their really nice cook wear, dishes, kids books and toys, electronics, dyson vacuums, all furniture everything.

That happens all the time here though because it costs more to ship stuff out when you leave than just buying new.
