no proof the structure in your pic actually is the eifel tower and just messed up your model further with the moon distance
If you can't prove it is the eifel tower there's no point aguing why you can or can't see it (or compare with seeing the moon) since its then obviously not the structure in question in your pic
Go back to your own perspective pic with the passage and ceiling. Study it carefully then come back with proof or dodge
