Yes, rocks have different density, which increases their gravitational attraction because it's more mass in the same volume and gravitation is proportional to the mass of each object. So if you are over more dense rock you would experience a greater acceleration.
This is exactly what you expect if gravity is due to attracting masses, and not due to some acceleration of a flat earth.
