Well that excludes 99% of Earth from your "water magnification" theory then. You've shot yourself in the foot lol.
Also, if your theory was true then humid days would be observably different from dry days. Like you would see buildings and objects in the distance bending around and you would see them correct themselves on days when the atmosphere had a low humidity.
