This very observation (repeatable scientific experiment) leads to the possible suggestion/conclusion that evaporation is magnifying the atmosphere and causing the sun to appear larger and hence not changing size.
But you left this out because you are well known for twisting words and taking things out of context.

And you can't use video footage because, ya know, curved lenses.
And you can't use GPS data to substantiate your location since that's a government conspiracy.
