Science isnt about being right, its much more important goal is showing where explanations are wrong. No explanation will ever be totally right, and science moves forward by showing the situations where those situations dont work and allow for the explanations to change to correct that.

Remember when people used to think the earth was flat, and then they explored it and found out it wasn't flat and stuff?


That's right, we can't remember. Because it was centuries ago, and for centuries we've understood the robust roundness of our mother earth.
