It'll be pretty hard for him to stop it so as long as the ROD comes back approved before he takes office, which it should be within the month... It would have to go against scientific findings in court. No mine has ever been blocked after receiving a positive environment review so it should go through outside of political matters... that'll give it a big jump short-term by itself outside of a buyout... I don't think he will win it though, it is a big political bet stock though...
