This coffee is good this morning.

One of our tenants moved out and I stole their espresso machine for the office.

Trying to stay away from coffee too. It's been months but I did have some decaf some time ago. Felt like I was cheating.

1.00 gas station special, just about every morning house blend.

Tenant just peaced. Left everything. I got 4 YETI thermoses, the espresso machine for the office, they left their ninja double compartment air-fryer, all their really nice cook wear, dishes, kids books and toys, electronics, dyson vacuums, all furniture everything.

That happens all the time here though because it costs more to ship stuff out when you leave than just buying new.

impressive haul. a functioning breville barista is much more enviable than some bricked electronics. if we could only be so lucky
