he created all the oceans, lands and the plants, trees and shrubs in a "day" but took an entire day alone just for the "molten glass" dome.

So if we using the Bible where does it say this dome is impenetrable or that it is a molten glass like dome?

the translation "looking glass" gives the reader the clear understanding that it is "transparent" which would explain why we can see the blue water (sky) through it when we look up during the day.
