I’m trying to understand this thought process. Is the disc model with Antarctica ice walls being the edge of the world the most accepted theory?

There isnt an accepted model for them because none of them will allow themselves to get pinned down to a specific claim. Because that makes you vulnerable to being proven wrong

the flat earth society is the controlled opposition, the site is designed to confuse and dissuade any person looking into the FE.

^ this has been stated many times before, here and other threads. You seem to have fallen right into the trap

I don't belong to any group or society, researching the FE was a personal choice and conducted my own way using discernment and logic.

I love how u guys brand anything that is slightly threatening from ur own side as controlled opposition. This has to be one of the simplest tactics, but quite effective.

Like Bob Knodel who proved the globes rotation with the ring laser, or those guys that tried the flashlight experiment and failed, I think it was Jeran.

Maybe u can answer this simple question.

Which subject do u feel skeptical about when it comes to the flat earth model?

no they don't, but ofc you wouldn't know that if you didn't research it.
glancing over a couple of pages for a few mins is not solid research.
